Coach Ron is originally from Moreno Valley, Ca and spent his college career at Mayville State University in Mayville,North Dakota . After college, he had a stint in the NBA development league with the Bakersfield Jam in Bakersfield, Ca and the Chinese league in Zhenjiang China. Ron then launched his European Basketball career where he played 9 years as a Top Point guard on several teams throughout Europe. He played in the Romania , Switzerland, Buligeria , and Germany. After retiring from playing professionally, he has become one of the top trainers in USA/Germany and recently His Howard Hoops Tour teams coached by Ron Howard 4 years in Germany, have created a big buzz placing American basketball players from high school & all collegiate levels on teams in Europe/Germany.
