The music of El-magico, Hector Lopez, creates feels brand new and strangely familiar. The music he produces shows his musical intuition. The passion he feels for teaching and engaging people with music is inspiring. El-magico works hard every day sharing his music and talent with anyone who dares to listen and learn with him.
Teaching is like taking a glimpse into the universal pool of knowledge. You share a lot but also you learn plenty of new stuff in the process and of course you enjoy it.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Figure out if the teacher fills your expectations and do some research of his playing (Band, records?)
Ask the teacher an opinion of your guitar and equipment, 80% of the times you don't learn due to not having the right equipment.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Set some realistic goals and talk about with your trainer, find some one with a system that fits your time to practice and expectations.
