I am a multi sport athlete. I can play and coach Basketball Baseball and football. I was also a personal trainer and have studied martial arts for over 35 years. I focus on fundamentals and learning the game or sport at a higher level. Im a very positive coach and truly believe practice makes perfect. I can and will participate in drills, practice etc. I think its easier to teach being able to give examples and push the person Im training.

What I love most about this (aside from having someone to play with) is watching and seeing growth and fostering success. I believe a good teacher 1st explains, then demonstrates, then watches before the coaching begins.
