Batting Buddies
About
Hello! I am a 22 year old slowpitch softball player. I played fast pitch softball for 15 years. I excelled as a catcher and third basemen. I was also able to bat right handed and slap hit left handed. In high school I was also given the opportunity to umpire both competitive and recreational games.
There are so many great things about both baseball and softball. My junior and senior years of high school I was given the chance to work with a 14 and under girls team. I mainly worked with infielders and more specifically pitchers and catchers.
I now enjoy working with various of my friends children on their skills in various positions. I believe learning to play well requires hard work, determination, but most importantly fun! Throughout my life I have seen too many quit due to too much pressure and too little fun. I wish to defy that so my students stick with this amazing sport!
I simply love spreading my joy and love of the game. My best memories are on a softball diamond.
