Our private lessons are customized to each indiviuals knowledge and needs. We get ALLOT done in a short period of time. I am a visual and hands on learner and teach the same way I learn. With over 20 years of experience, I have the strong foundation to teach any student with any camera.
I love when a student grasps a skill and has that a-ha moment! Its my favorite. I prefer teaching over shooting actually, but shooting pays better. LOL. I love the people, and the passion they have for photography usually matches mine. Its a privledge to work with other artists. Check out my facebook or website at

We talk via email then phone to determine the best course of action for our first lesson. Then the lesson is customized to the students needs.
20 plus years owning own studio and running it full time, have taught over 100 classes in Lees summit on photography, and certified by National Professional Photographers of America to teach .
Yes Group lessons are taught through Lees summit parks and rec and at Longview college and run $45-$80 for a 4 week two hour class. Private lessons are $100 for the first hour and $50 for the next hour and are held here at the studio in Lees summit. On location class instruction (for instance having me look at your studio set up ) Runs $50 more for travel.
People kept asking me questions and It finally happened so much I had to charge for advice.
All kinds. Kids as young as 6 years old and retirees who are hobbists. The soccer moms and the Professional who runs a successful studio but wants a touch more .
I love charity events and most recently had the privledge of photographing one. They are challenging, but so rewarding.
Talk with the teacher first in order to determine what areas you need the most help in.
