ABOUT MYSELF AND MY WORK:

I am a Kansas City based photographer (also working in DC/MD/NVA and DFW metros) with 18 years' experience specializing in Fashion, Glamour, Stock and Art photography. A long-time admirer of Fashion/Glamour Art and Portraits, I was inspired by the visual power and ability of photography to influence people. My images express a highly idealized feel that is suggestive of classic work, but with a modern touch added to produce a new style, feel and emotion....

As an artist, I am not content with simply taking pretty or flashy pictures. Nor do I wish to merely “capture the moment” either. I aim to create memorable and iconic images that can appeal to a wide audience, not just photography enthusiasts. Looking for color, rich textures, distinctive lighting, and characteristics of form and shape that give life and individuality to every image, The harmony and discord blend of all these qualities in what has become my signature style is perhaps most evident in much of my work.

Please keep the following in mind before contacting me: photography is an expensive and time-consuming task, - this is gonna be work.... I try to make it as fun as possible... but there is editing, locations, fees, preparation, travel, etc.
