I am a health and fitness coach and teacher, with a range of certifications that complement each other: personal trainer, MindBody Transformation Life Coach, Breathing Coach, Precision Nutrition Coach, 200 hour Yoga and Kundalini Yoga teacher, Mind+Meditation, Emotional Code and Pranic Healing. My practice focuses on incorporating your whole wellbeing so you can find your best optimal health. I became a fitness lover in my late 20s after gaining 80 pounds in my first pregnancy. Since that time, I have found that health is much more than just diet and exercise. My purpose is to help others find their inner strength and calmness that lies within so they can experience their life to the fullest.
I love training and coaching others to find a new inner strength and peace within. It is incredible to see how people transform only after a few weeks.
