In depth 1 on 1 training, and skill development is great but along with that I work situational aspects of the game. I did not grow up with a trainer anywhere close to me, so I always trained myself and have been learning and building my knowledge of functional training and specific training that directly can apply to parts of the game. I have worked with all ages, and even when I was playing collegiate basketball I would train my own teammates. After playing semi pro for a season I decided to refocus on skills training because it's really what I love doing.
