I own an operate Bella Body & Co., a wellness & performing arts studio & T. Alexandria, LLC a design/build & design education company. I have many years of training and teaching experience in various form of visual & performing arts, am a certified dance fitness instructor & plant based lifestyle advocate as well as hold a master's degree in furniture design and manufacturing.
My unique background, combinations of skills and experiences allows for me to stand out from all of the rest. I'd love to talk more with you about how I'm able to help you through your life's journey. I'd love to help! :-)
What I enjoy most about the work I do aside from been a visionary and bringing new ideas to life is sharing my knowledge with others. See that light bulb moment, moment of clairity or sense of accomplishment on someone else's face is heart warming.
