Soul City Inc.
About
Being a personal trainer is satisfying and fulfilling because I get to see my students, clients and collegues reach their personal goals. Being a goal oriented person, I know the importance of seeing, and feeling, results.
I grew up in sports, playing pony league baseball, football in Junior High School, and semi-pro for a base team in a basketball post league while serving in the military.
I enjoy sports most because you stay in shape while having fun. The fun is motivating to the actual goal of better athletic performance, easier weight loss, and clearer and faster cognitive skills.
I am currently certified in Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and working on Core and Functional Fitness. I can be reached on Facebook: Johnathan Brown, and my website is https://www.soulcity1.com.
