I've been teaching for over 40 years, and have developed a great method that will have you playing simple songs within a few months. You will also get an education in music theory, which helps the student play more correctly.

I have been teaching private lessons for 42 years and have my bachelor's degree in sacred music, with minors in Education, Religion, and English. Teaching is more than getting results on the piano. It includes getting inside the student's head to help them gain confidence, responsibility, and discipline. This helps the student play at their best, and gives the student a better chance to retain their lessons years from now.
