My teaching experience goes way back right after college. That’s over 10 years of sharing my knowledge as a painter and artist. My focus is to emphasize the importance of solid fundamental principles in creating a good painting while encouraging my students to develop and express their own style.

I am dedicated to guide you as you grow and become better in your craft. Learn about composition, color theory and step by step techniques to bring your vision to life.

My studio is located at the River Arts District of Asheville. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Cynthia was so inspiring with her knowledge and experience with acrylic techniques. She is an amazing artist and I learned a lot about creating tones by mixing colors together. I would certainly recommend her art classes and hope to take more from her in the future.
