What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with new students the first step is to perform an assessment to understand where the player is at and what his/her long term goals are.
After, the initial assessment a plan is developed and put into action in the following lessons. Periodic assessments are performed to assess improvements and any redirections needed.
