What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to learn about the player off the field and what activities they like. We try to incorprate and individuality into the lessons. Usually, the first session is about learning goals and getting an idea of where the player is in their development. From there, we create a plan and execute it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have coached at the NJCAA & NCAA D1 levels. I served as the Bench Coach for the Ogden Raptors, an independent professional baseball team in the Pioneer League which is an MLB partner league in 2021. Currently I am with the Los Angeles Angels player development department.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all ages and skill levels.
