About

Hello! My name is Eric sapp, I'm a 24 year old left handed pitcher who is training currently for professional baseball as I have played one season at that level. I played in college for 4 years and now am training to climb up into the pros to give myself a shot. I train lots of younger kids as well as college level athletes. I have 4 younger brothers and trained them which has helped me train other kids 8-14 years or older! Call me or text me with any questions!

Frequently asked questions

I run them through what I'm about and then I see what they need help with by making them do some drills so then I can apply what I've learned and how I can help them with their game. Legs shoulder, torso, ankles, all of it.

I have graduated with a masters but in the terms of baseball I have played at the highest levels you can train at besides being in the show (which is my goal here in the next two years). I have trained many kids and help with strength and conditioning as well as hitting and throwing. I'm good at helping people tap into potential.

I do one hour lessons per kid, I go through a stretching routine, dynamic routine, bands, and then some warm up work. I show them some drills for feeling the body out with pitching  and hitting. I have some out door cages so we do batting practice and then also a mound for pitching.

I loved what I did so much that I wanted to help others along the way like people helped me when I was young. I've learned so many things about the game inside and out and feel like I can help a lot.

College level down to 8-15 year olds.

Worked with some highschooo kids over winter break rhat had some big breakthroughs that got them committed into colleges for the next season!

Make sure you do your research, call or text the person you want and see what they are about and what they know. I know many players who have played their whole lives and can't teach it at all and I've worked with guys who never really played or was good at baseball but was a really good trainer. Find someone that explains it to you that makes sense

Ask about credentials, how much have they played, have they coached before, so they understand baseball, also what do they look like, are they someone who cares so much about baseball they can still throw and swing it? See their love for the game.
