Typically, I perform a thorough evaluation of the players skillset and come up with a plan to maximize the skillset of the player.
How did you get started teaching?
I begain coaching/instructing in 2007 at Carolina's Baseball Center working with a number of athletes that have gone on to play at the college and professional level.
