Recently moved to Charlotte to train at Tread Athletics. I played 6.5 years in the Seattle Mariners organization. I’ve learned from the best in the game and have been able to apply it to athletes I’ve trained to see great results.

I enjoy helping players gain a competitive advantage on the rest of the competition. It's also great to help players avoid some of the struggles I've been going through throughout my career.

    First, I find out the limitations or areas of improvements through mechanical breakdowns and analysis. Communication is key during this process so I would get together with player and/or parent and go over the areas of improvement until we are on the same page. Then, I would  apply specific drills based on what their needs for improvement are.

    I played six and a half years with the Seattle Mariners organization. (2015-2021) I'm currently a free agent and still training to get signed for next season.
