Working with Coach Marc has been a great experience. He is a very knowledgeable coach with a passion for teaching. Our son has really improved on his baseball skills while working with Coach Marc.

When I was researching a baseball instructor, I was looking for qualities such as passion for the coaching, patience with kids as they learn, and a love of the game baseball. Marc checks all theses boxes. As a dad who isnt a baseball coach, I found Marcs instruction easy for kids to understand, yet informative for parents to learn as well. I highly recommend Marc.

Excellent and appropriate drills and focus for age level. Positive instruction that kept the kids trying to get better. Hitting and fielding drills that are simple and provide building blocks to put it all together.

Instruction was done at Coach Marcs turf facility. Although our session was for 60 minutes, we spent nearly 90 minutes in total on Q&A, feedback. Marc is not so concerned with keeping to the agreed upon time, he loves what he does and always provide more value than what we expect. Hes really good, He breaks it down to the kids level, established accountability for his students. Well worth the experience working with Marc

I have all equipment, training aids, gear.

I have access to climate controlled facility for winter workouts/training.

Standard pricing = $40 per hour.

I have been coaching baseball for 14 years. I initially starting instructing youth, middle school and high school players 7 years ago when I was approached to facilitate baseball camps at a local baseball academy in Charlotte, NC

    10U thru high school

A parent invited me over to their house for dinner after a  working session with their child

A parent telling me that his childs love for the game of baseball is due to my influence as their coach/instructor

A parent telling me that i actually care about their childs development.

A parent telling me that their family often talks about me and the influence I have on the development of their child.

When after our initial consult call with a parent, they tell me that I am spot on with my approach and philosophy to developing youth baseball players.

A parent offering to pay me for a lesson although the first lesson/eval is free.

First, you need to  determine what your specific goals and priorities are.

Find someone who understands the process and how to offer progression based training. Its a process and buidling blocks are required.

Determine your specific goals and areas of development

Are they committed to a process...(there are no shortcuts)

Ask themselves why they feel they need outside instruction
