Our Mission
To create a learning enviornment with the skills, knowledge and support that is needed to be successful in school, sport and life. We encourage student-athletes to be honest about where they are, identify where they want to be, and develope a spicific plan to get there. This gives the student-athlete the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential, and learn to hold personal accountability for their overall success.
What we most enjoy is providing a secure place where student-athletes can establish a plan for their future, create opportunities, identity and direction.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our initial session will be an evaluation of athletic ability and skill level. We will develope a baseline for players to improve their weaknesses and add to their strenghts.

Private lessons
1 player, 1 coach. These sessions will be designed on an individual basis to help the player improve their weaknesses and add to their strengths. Video analyzes are included in a lot of sessions.
Individual workouts will be the most effective and efficient way to focus on your specific needs. Upon request, individual workout plans will be developed by the instructor for additional training beyond the workout session.
Workouts consist of shooting, passing, ball handling, defense, rebounding and agility training. The Basketball drills are made as game like as possible. To get the most out of each session, workouts will be designed to meet individual needs. If you would like us to emphasize a specific aspect of the game, please let us know.
Cost: $50 per session/60 minutes.
5 sessions = $225
10 sessions = $425
Buddy lessons
2 players (you and a friend), 1 coach. These sessions will be designed with both players needs in mind. Players will improve their weaknesses and add to their strengths. Being two will also allow us to add some 1-1 situations. Video analyzes are included in a lot of sessions.
These workouts will be a very effective and efficient way to focus on your specific needs. Upon request, individual workout plans will be developed by the instructor for additional training beyond the workout session.

What types of students have you worked with?
We are currently working with female and male student-athletes. We help:
College players, High school players, Middle school players and Elementary school players
