At Rise and Grind we take pride in teach the game of basketball in the correct manner. We work on every aspect of the game... i.e. help side defense, ball handling, shooting techniques, etc... We make sure that the player leaves there better than they came to us...... Clients can follow us @rg_training and Rise and Grind training on Facebook...
I enjoy that I have a chance to impact clients in some type of way! We take pride in really teaching the game and providing the knowledge need for the client to be successful on and off the court. Threw the sessions we are able to assis the clients with basketball skills and life skills that will help them be better....

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We do a basic fundamental assessment ( ball handling, shooting form, etc) Conditioning assessment. Then we place the client in the proper class that they need to be in from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've coached basketball for 16 years. Travel ball and high school. I've been training since 2012.... I've played basketball since age 6. High school and college ball.

How did you get started teaching?
Started with coaching then I seen that the game wasn't being taught the correct way and kids development was struggling. So I wanted to do my part!
