What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Working with a new student, I will evaluate their current skills. As the session continue, I will assess the student on what skills that they have and need to improve. After the initial session, I will sit with the athlete and parent to discuss what I have observed during the sessions, and what steps that will be taken to improve those weaknesses, and maximize the strengths.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have held assistant coach the West Mecklenburg High School girls’ basketball team for this past basketball season. Prior to this position, I have coach with various AAU organizations in the Charlotte Metro area, as well as founded Carolina Sonics Basketball AAU basketball program in Florence, SC. I am a great leader, mentor, and coach; and I take pride and have tremendous passion in my work.
