About
Whether you have played soccer for a decade or started yesterday, I would love to help you improve your skills. My desire is to see young players improve in all facets of the game. From first touch to movement off the ball. I believe its possible to work hard, get better, and have fun all at the same time.
I really enjoy seeing people improve in their soccer skills and gain confidence in themselves. Soccer is a global sport and igniting a passion for the game in others is something that excites me. I love working with kids and teenagers.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically, I would like to use the first session to really gauge where my student is at. What are they good at and where do they need help. All sessions focus on technique and making sure form is good. Once we nail the technique, we'll do lots of reps. I am always interested in feedback from my students to find what things they want to work on and what parts of the game they like. I can work with all positions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have played high level soccer my whole life. From highschool-semiprofessional.
Highschool: Texans Academy (USDA)
College: John Brown University (NAIA)
Semi-pro: Charlotte Eagles (PDL)
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
- $50 per session
This session is great to get to know you and help form a strategy to help your game. No committment beyond the first session. I will give you all the feedback I can regardless of if you choose to continue working with me. I will committ to working with you and offering feedback and drills beyond our time together. I can also offer insight regarding the process of playing in college and beyond.
*I am willing to do group sessions for a reduced per player fee.
How did you get started teaching?
I grew up in Houston, a hot bed for soccer, and learned to love the game. I was fortunate enough to have played for a really quality coach from a young age. This coach ran soccer camps in the summer. By the time I was 15, I began working during these summer camps with this coach. I loved seeing kids enjoy the game and find success on the field.
I went on to play in the DA with the Texans Academy and then on to college at John Brown University. In the summers during college I would play semi-pro soccer with the Charlotte Eagles and work summer camps in Charlotte.
Throughout my time as a soccer player I have worked one-on-one with dozens of kids.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with kids ranging from 6-18. All at various skill levels.
Understanding the proper technique when passing, dribbling, and shooting is critical. Once those building blocks are in place there is room to improve in many ways. Speed of play, movement off the ball, ect. As long as players are engaged and eager to learn I am confident I can help you grow.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would advise students to have an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to be. Make sure you and your trainer understand what you wish to get out of your time together. I would advise you to find a coach who is passionate about helping you improve and is willing to go above and beyond in seeing you succeed. Find a trainer who gives good feedback.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Want do you want to get out of soccer training? What level are you seeking to play at?
