Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My theme is MBS (Mind, Body, Soul)
First I get to know my clients and their personal goals. Then I set up routine or dynamic series of workouts, drills and conditioning based upon the clients goals and skill sets, this is the (B) Body portion of the theme. After the session we start with a rest phase or deaccelation phase. Letting the muscles rest and heart rate rest we allow the brain and thinking process to rest and catch up to speed as well. This helps with though situations, last second shots, traps/ double teams, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am former team player, I've played and been around basketball since I was about 6 years old. We went back to back conference championship as a shooting guard for Independence High School. I've played for numerous AAU teams. One of my favorites was getting to be apart of the Stephen Curry Top 300 Camp in '16. I also have experience with event coordination, where I worked with the event staff at Thr University of North Carolina at Greensboro. We worked with all sports, not just basketball.

Middle School
High school
College
(I've hosted open gyms in light to bring in new and upcoming talents)
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Starting my brand and watching it unfold and grow.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
GO FOR IT! Whatever you want in life you have to get up and go get it. Take the personal initiative to make yourself better then you were the day before because when you stay ready you don't have to get ready. Preparation is very essential to success. You don't have to prove anybody wrong except the person in the mirror. GO FOR IT!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
How can we potentially get them the most benefitial outcome based on their needs.
what are their personal goals and skill sets
how much time do they want to invest
