Stanfield Walker Studios
About
My classes offer a small, supportive environment designed for beginners and advanced students alike. Most of your materials are included in one low proce so that you can try out something new without having to purchase expensive art supplies. I offer instruction in realism and abstraction, and allow you to choose the media you want to focus on, including pencil, colored pencil, pastel, water color, acrylics and mixed media. I have 28 years of experience teaching high school art and workshops for adults. I have National Board Certification and Advanced Placement Certification in Art. I have been a practicing artist for over 50 years. Let my years of experience put you on the path to creativity.
I am passionate about helping my students find their potential, whether for personal satisfaction or a career in the arts. I love seeing their confidence increase as they learn new methods, media and styles.
