Watching other people learn how to get the image they want and seeing it "click" fo them.
I started out with medium format film. This helped shape how I approach photogrphy. To think about your shot, to see it before you release the shutter. My goal is to help you develop a sense of what you're shooting and how to compose the shot. If you learn and understand the basics, then you can progress to learning all the cool inovations your camera has packed into it to propell you to even better images.

to get started, please send a text. this allows me to know that you are interested in photograpy and not worried about my cars warranty.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i didn't pick up my first camera until 1975. Over the years, i have taken a nice variety of classes in Md, Va and NC, there is always something to learn. published in news papers in each state. migrated from film to digital in 2004. since then i have covered motoracing, sports (indoor and outside), parties/concerts and a few weddings.
