Frequently asked questions

I always start with a 20-40 minute diagnostic session to understand what level of athleticism and general basketball knowledge and skill each student has so that I can created a personalized plan for the specific student's goals.

From there I design drills for weekly or bi-weekly training sessions and home/school/club practices that I think would be safe, timely, and effective to help students prepare for whatever future events they have coming up (i.e. regional club basketball events, state basketball tournaments, high school/AAU basketball seasons/tournaments, recreational basketball seasons/tournaments, etc.).

Training can be on your schedule but will be mostly outdoors. I will also give homework training for weekly practice at home.
