Get to know the kid and the parents, set the stage for what I’m gonna teach their child, then get started by asking the parents or dad or mom what the kids weakness is behind the plate, we’ll start wrkn on that first for awhile then we’ll move on to something else, I like to encourage my students give them praise when they do good or bad, I’m never negative, because catching is a process, just like life.....

I’ve been in this game for 35 years and have met and played with some really awesome people, including former Major and minor league players and coaches, so I’ve had the opportunity be a lot knowledge in my career, I had really awesome high school coach in Doug McRee that that always encouraged us to go after our dreams
