About
I coach my own independent team. I have 30 players total, with 3 teams. 12u 13u and 15u. We are the Charlotte Blazers. I have coached for only 11 years. 7 as an assistant coach. And my last 4 years as head coach. We started with 7 players and no money. No talent, just my 15 yr old sons neighborhood friends. I realized they were starting to get in trouble together as a group. I decided to make them a team and started immediately making then to busy to even attempt to get in trouble with bad influences who have to much time on their hands. We practiced and worked in basic fundamentals and mechanics . I played then up a division for 3 seasons. They got whooped embarrassed and wanted to quit a few times. I promised them I know what I'm doing. Your losing in these games but getting stronger tougher and more developed mentally and physically. You have to know how to overcome adversity and build mental Strength in order to finally meet the true warrior / champion within your self. Mission accomplished. Now 3 years that same team has not lost since summer 2019. They are now my 15 u undefeated team. And now we have upgraded to a traveling team. I went from 7 players to 30 strictly from parents seeing my coaching and development abilities . They all joined my team on their own. I have never tried to recruit. I have a God given gift to connect with mostly all youth and animals, on a God fearing level of education and wisdom. I was a star point guard my whole life until I got to 10th grade and messed my career up chasing fast money and women. Being influenced by the wrong crowds. Pretty much wolves in sheep costumes. Smh that alone is the main reason I really have a major passion for our youth and our future. Aside of basketball. I teach spirituality, taking care of the mind body and soul. By what you eat, drink and think about. And workouts that are unorthodox and super efficient in development. I am 37 years old . Everyone says I'm built like I'm 21. I remain active on a daily basis. We love grilling and inviting everyone for good music good vibes and good food. πͺπΎππ₯π―. CHECK US OUT @CLTBLAZERS ON YOUTUBE. Looking forward to working with you . INDIVIDUAL TRAINING AND OR GROUP TRAINING SIDE BY SIDE WITH CHARLOTTE BLAZERS . GOD BLESS ALL. ππΎ
