I’m Molvensly Guerrier, a former Charlotte FC Academy player and professional footballer in Romania. I now focus full-time on coaching through Mgacademy, helping young athletes build strong fundamentals, confidence, and a better understanding of the game. Each session is designed to support their growth on and off the field.

Coach Mo is experienced with kids, easy for the kids to get along with. His training encompasses various aspects of soccer and always includes something that the kids will use outside of the field.

My daughter has been training with Mo since last year and I have noticed improvement in her technical also with thinking ahead of what she needs to do on the field when she is playing with others. Mo works amazing with children and knows how to connect with them.
