What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First i interview the client to see what goals and target area the would like to focus on and how often do the they train. Next i speak with then about nutrition plan base on what the training. I inform my clients on what types of training i do also give them information of my background. Allow the client to get to know me better as a trainer I like to be one with my clients.
