Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start with a phone call to learn about the student and the specific needs. We then match you with a tutor based on skillset, location, and personality. We work directly with your teachers to understand the curriculum and help students where it is needed most!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hire teachers and tutors with real experience tutoring and/or teachig the subjects where you need help! Our tutors have a college degree and at least one year of teaching/tutoring experience - often many years!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Find someone with a passionate to help others, if you have that, the rest will come!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Often, the hardest part is asking for help! Even after you've built up the courage to ask for help, identifying the problem is the next step. Only after understanding where the problem lies can you conquer it.
