Hello, my name is Zach Smith and I'm open for new students!

ABOUT ME:
-I live in Wake Forest/North Raleigh Area/Rolesville area.
-I've been classically trained in guitar performance and have many years of experience as a live musician.
-Presently, I play bass guitar for a recording artist, MATT PAPA and the band, WHY HOTEL (going on for the past 6 years).

MY GOAL AS A TEACHER:
My goal is to help cultivate a deeper appreciation of music as both musician and an artist.
If you are just beginning or an intermediate player who wants progress to new levels we will set attainable clear goals and go after them.
I teach chords and various positions / shapes / variations / substitutions.
scales-major and minor (natural/melodic/harmonic)
music theory, how to read music, and/or playing by ear
