About
I really emphasize the importance of attention to details, at all times. You develop much faster with focus and follow through. I am very transparent and fair about my expectations and sensitive to my clients' needs and current abilities. I also communicate the importance of being fully invested in the training to get the most out of it. I attend games, if you're on a team, to get a better feel for my clients needs and to modify the training accordingly. You will experience first-hand a fun, encouraging,, positive, learning environment to help you reach your fullest potential!!
I enjoy making a difference in my clients' lives and watch them develop their skills for both on and off the court success from hard work and discipline. Establishing a long term relationship with clients is extremely rewarding also!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initially I observe and get a feel for their current skill level. I take some video footage. After I make an assessment, l create a specific workout program based upon each clients' individual needs. Parents and clients are then given feedback and a plan of action to execute the training process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a personal trainer and player developer for 7+ years with a very high success rate. I network with other coaches in the area who can verify my work. I've played high school, college, and pro basketball. In my spare time I assist with running camps/ clinics with some of the best known and successful coaches in the area.

Initially working with my daughter around age 5, I started getting a lot of feedback from parents and others about my work. I took an interest in what they were saying and it developed naturally from there.
What types of students have you worked with?
Elementary, Middle, High School, College, and Pro interest students
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One of my first clients scored 20 points in an AAU championship tournament.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure when selecting a coach of your choice that they can help you to become a complete well rounded player. Don't just focus on skills only, make sure the coach gives you a foundation of fundamentals first if you are a beginner. The skills are acquired a lot easier with the knowledge of how to execute them if you have mastered the fundamentals first!!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Are you dedicated, disciplined and committed? Are you willing to give it your all during training? Are you willing to practice on your own? Are you coachable? Are you patient with yourself?
