My name is Coach Jay founder and trainer and I thank you for choosing me to help continue your basketball journey.
I have played basketball for over a decade, coached boys and girls ages 8-16 for 7+ years now and have been awarded MVPs on championship teams numerous times.
My focus as your coach is to foster an appreciation and love for the sport of basketball that will transform you into an exceptional player by implementing & growing skills and giving foundation & fundamental knowledge that will excel your skills tremendously.

Coach Jay makes training easy! My kid needed some help with shooting and ball handling and it was like watching two friends at the park. After there sessions I watched my son practice the small techniques coach gave him at home and couldn’t wait until there next session. 10/10 would recommend.
