Having a one on one conversation to determine confidence level. Ask questions about his/her strengths and weaknesses. Determine short and long term goals and depending on assessment and scheduling execute a plan to succeed

Im A Certified Youth Advacate & Coached Basketball for 6 years from ages 11-25
How did you get started teaching?
I LOVE Sports played all my life.If im not playing Im watching!My Ex coach in middle school knew my love for the game and reached out to me the moment he retired.
