The owners are natives to Wake Forest and are fully invested in providing a clean and professional facility for everyone to learn and train in the martial arts.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We provide a 1 on 1 introductory lesson as they try us out with one our Introductory offers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 year degree in Psychology as well as 28+ years in Martial Arts.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We offer an introductory set of lessons for kids and adults. Kids is 29.99 for 2 weeks of lessons with a free uniform. Adults are 3 classes for 19.99 with a free uniform for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu students and free gloves and jump rope for Muay Thai students.
How did you get started teaching?
Watching old kung fu and martial arts movies and then my dad took us to our first lesson.
What types of students have you worked with?
From ages 5-65. Men and women. Wide diversity of ethnicity, socio economic, and professions.
