Beautiful Expressions
About
Expressing myself through art has always been a way for me to have a creative outlet. I have been painting, drawing, sketching, and crafting for the past 17 or so years. Art is something that I have always felt relieved stress and allow for creativity to flow through. No two pieces of are is the same. Each person can look at the same piece of art and at the end of the day have different out looks on them
I enjoy looking at a blank canvas and watching my creations come to life as I add color and texture. Art is where vivid imaginations can run wild and there is no wrong answer.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically I like to first assess what the student knows before beginning the lesson. Then I like to determine the areas that need work and finally begin the process of growth for the student.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing varies based upon the needs of the student.
How did you get started teaching?
I currently work with children as well as with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. I started by doing guided art sessions and watching them create art that they thought would be impossible has inspired me. I have always enjoyed art and have always enjoyed that feeling of excitement that comes from building something from a blank canvas.
What types of students have you worked with?
In the past I have worked with a multitude of students. I have worked with adults and children with developmental disabilities. I have worked with students that are as young as kindergarten age all the way to in their 50's and 60's. I truly believe that art has no age limit and any one can express themselves.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
For students looking to hire an art teacher I would tell them to go for it. Art is something that many believe is only for those who are artistic but it's for everyone. Look for a teacher that is passionate about what they do.
