In 2017, Rhonda Holmes, MA founded DiVine Art Parties. The business truly started in her heart twenty years ago when she studied art abroad in Ghana, West Africa and Florence, Italy. Her passion for creating art and art history continued to grow from childhood throughout graduate school. She is a brilliant artist who has displayed her work in several galleries but finds comfort in doodling on in her notebook at work from time to time. Rhonda’s skill for art instruction was cultivated over years of teaching K-12 grade students in Northeast North Carolina. Now, DiVine Art Parties provides easy to learn and hard to forget art instruction. Whether it’s for a party of one or one hundred Rhonda personalizes instruction to meet your taste.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first meeting we discuss the students ‘ goal(s). Once I am aware of what is needed I assist the student with creating a work of Art. We start with lines and shapes, then finish in the media of the students’ choice.
