About
I obtained my Bachelor of Music degree in 2010 from UNC-Chapel Hill where I also went on to obtain my Masters in the Art of Teaching, concentration in K-12 music instruction.
Helping to afford me the opportunity to study at the collegiate level, I was awarded scholarships earned during my reign as Miss North Carolina 2008. I have performed on stages around the world but I am excited to now be teaching others to follow their dreams of performing as well! I am the owner of Amanda Bailey Studios, where I maintain a full schedule of 43 students per week. I am a member of MTNA and Raleigh Piano Teachers Association and my Students perform in festivals, adjudicated performances and studio recitals each year.
My main goal as a private voice and piano instructor is to tangibly bring the joy of music to the lives of the students I teach daily.

The satisfaction that I receive when a student achieves their musical goal(s) is the greatest joy of my work!
