Adam, as a coach was top-notch! We plan to work with him alot more. He is personally hired now by us on top of this commitment through lessons.com for the future year while my son wants him as he is sounding out his NCAA recruiting advice because my son is being recruited and wants to go to the best possible D1, D2 school that recruits him in that time. He is not just a typical coach, he has the knowledge of experience if your pursuing higher than soccer training for just fun but like my son situation that is for higher level of soccer skill to pursue it farther such training sessions will become more intense he has told will progress gradually to improve him. He knows so much while having the shown experience in what he is doing that is what we wanted in hiring a coach. Someone we wanted to fit our hire that would gather us more info than just the sessions but conform a standard of success to improve our spent $ on to define this as a definitely good purchase overall exceedingly above beneficial to say its well worth the $ spent and continue to be spent on for my son, Mark. He like feels now he has a personal agent he says for his goals to success he has desired goal on now with playing potential college soccer! He will speak to some college coaches too he knows in the area for him to get a look!! He offers not to all by no means just say it because want all to know he is well-versed in networking too to show his commitment is believable to see and know he cares for the players he coach’s each time to go above and beyond to help them reach their best if he can help. Do not hesitate to hire! Just do not prise him away from us too much, haha! We joking but want him to benefit from my truthful response about my experience to comment for him is the least I can do. He is doing above and beyond! What a guy, coach, and great mentor. Happy to comment!

I appreciate Coach Adam alot as he was our club team coach for a season. Coach Adam has the underlying facts on his agenda and there is no question on how thorough he is during our season right from the start. He expects alot even when you as a Mom and other team parents had not seen what a professionalism he carries himself and the training sessions at all parts and he uses the sessions structure well. His extensive experience as a former professional, D1 college soccer athlete and a mentioning of his youth club successes at CASL’s national championship winning structure goes noticed without question. He reads each player very well and notices verbatim what he is expecting of them skillful to know much on pushing a player beyond potential to a plateau level. But he requires you to not be lazy right off and that is not his style to coach a session half-haggered by the player(s). His induction of recent in the North Carolina Soccer Hall of Fame and the National Soccer Hall of Honor for his achievements well deserved. This occurred during our season he became our coach then in January 2015 was his induction ceremony and we knew 6 months into him coaching our team by short amount then our team play and successes went well to be easily understood that he had achieved such a honor we had privilege to have him. We became a team and won 3 tournaments prior to a team we were the year before him in shambles and bickering at each other. He knows without saying the stuff to parents and more to the athlete what you expect of him and the player to him right away through a respect established by structure he has in place. I and other parents brought our boys to have them want as did the parents like them around him more and asked him to private train us if he can and he has passion for the game to private train all the team after seasons over in summer. We paid him upfront and met 3-4 times a week. Be looking for a great coach and make sure your player listen well.

    Frequently asked questions

The way I coach is based on the experience I have gained through my years of training and growth through classes and seminars.

My sessions start with a dynamic warm up that works the player both mentally and physically. Every warmup is followed by drills to work on dribbling, passing, defending, shooting, etc, whatever the player may need to develop. I want to ensure my athlete learn the tactical aspect of the game so they think throughout the duration of every drill and exercise that is assigned and completed.

I loved a soccer ball from age 3 at my feet. It led to that becoming a passion and commitment that is necessary to become what I achieved as a former professional and college soccer player overseas. Loved the game and coaching kids as a passion at heart even as a teen on the side while playing youth I coached private training to kids. I wanted to continue this after my professional soccer player career first was concluded eventually to an injury I had to end my career. I always was going to coach knowing so well before I hung up my boots in my career. In general I will push you to the next level through my guided skill set and expertise.

Find one who’s confident in their own ability to coach you to the next level. If not, I would not hire a person that does not have a professional understanding if you want a high level of training. If you do not know the level, no worries. I coach various levels. My passion has understanding what to conform the level of difficulty toward that I see from the beginning once I analyze you I will know right off.

I say let me evaluate him on very first session. I use my performance driven analysis technique to evaulate him mentally, physically, psychologically, and tactically with touch ability drills with a ball and without a ball to complete this analysis. I strive to hold a high standard of quality as a former professional player knowing exacts of what it takes to reach the peak. This mindset is experience that goes without saying in each and every moment while I am there to evaluate as a coach as I am giving this coaching method I use in my drills carried out for every single player I ever am there to coach them as my standard quality I am held to my accountable nature of duty looking out for player always as my sole importance.
