What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Come to the studio, take a look at my work, and we can discuss your goals and my methods and see if it's a good fit. I can take only a small number of students, and there's never any pressure. Instuction is given in small groups, so there's a relaxed, friendly and fun atmosphere.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taught fulltime courses as well as workshops. Over the past 5 years I have developed a method of teaching painting which makes sense of composition and some of the hard-to-learn aspects of painting.
