About
As I was taught how to read music and play the piano by knowledgeable, kind, and patient teachers, I will tailor each of your lessons, so that you can learn how to read music and to play the piano, whether you are a beginner or a more advanced student at the tempo or pace most comfortable for you. I have been doing this for 25 years, first with my high school music teacher in her private music studio and after that on my own since then. My students have achieved much success and some have gone on to be successful music teachers and good performers themselves. Along the way, I earned the Bachelor of Music degree in piano performance as well as public school teaching certification in music. My profile is on Indeed.com. I am on Facebook also. And my business website is:https://musicreadingandpianotutoring.godaddysites.com where you can join my email list and ask me any questions and leave me your contact information to receive a timely response from me.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first lesson is an orientation lesson where we get to know each other. The student can ask me questions about my training and background and experience as a music reading and piano teacher or tutor. And I can learn whether the student is a beginning student or a more advanced student. And then we talk about how we will move forward from there in the students next lessons.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned the Bachelor of Music degree in piano performance followed by graduate study in music and further study leading to public school teacher certification in music.
