What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Figuring out what they are wanting to learn and then going from there. I walk them through the process step by step, again and again until they get it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many art classes over the years. I am self taught in knitting. And try new patterns and projects all the time to challenge myself so I can learn more.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $15 an hour. If it's half an hour then it's $7.50.
How did you get started teaching?
I like to help others learn and enjoy them achieving something fun and new. It's been a new passion of mine.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of students. People with no experience to some experience.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I really enjoyed taste of Omaha. It was fun getting out and trying new foods. The rides were fun and so was the shows they performed onstage.
