Because we are great baseball players and love teaching people especially kids how to play the game and play it extremely well. We teach a core value that the Development of sportsmanship is #1 and understanding that the game is a team effort which results in both W’s and L’s. This will lighten the load of the individual player who I’m training and give them the opportunity to focus on skill development so the players I teach will show up for practices and games with a clear understanding of the game, fine tuned mechanics, a sound mind, and a winners mentality yet humble regardless of the outcome.
