The fundamentals of basketball are a mixture of skills and endurance with hard work and the right attitude you could become a talented player at any position staying focused on tasks and court vision is a big part of what I teach this will help with offensive and defensive strategies.
I love giving back to the Community as well as seeing my students achieve their goals and become better players as well as a better person in life I believe that focusing on a sport and being determined in it gives you not only a better basketball IQ but also incentive to stay on the right track in life as well
