I'm a beginner and I love that Melissa is very patient and takes the time to ensure I am doing all the poses properly. I was a bit insecure at first but she makes me feel so comfortable and I now have a new love for yoga!

Melissa is very professional and knowledgeable. She has introduced me to new ways of thinking and moving through her yoga class and healing touch. I have noticed my growth both on and off the mat. I am very much looking forward to further growth through the gifts and talents she shares.
