About
My name is Coach Skip Fast.
During the more than 25 years I’ve spent helping Pitchers, no matter an individual’s size, age, or skill level, I’ve always believed that fastball location was a product of a repeatable movement pattern and, once I found the right pattern, I could help the Pitchers I touch outperform any Pitcher following the current pitching models.
My unwavering commitment to continuous improvement, better performances, and an improved fastball location plan resulted in my "Fastball Location Code of Behavior©”.
With my help, instead of wasting your time trying to figure out for yourself how to locate your fastballs, I’ll use my "Fastball Location Code of Behavior©” to elevate your pitching performances well above your expectations.
The ease and speed in which my "Fastball Location Code of Behavior©” produces fastball location has sparked a global phenomenon where my methods are becoming the standard, not the exception.
If you’re truly driven to maximize your pitching potential, I urge you to seriously consider tapping into my "Fastball Location Code of Behavior©”.
The biggest thrill I get is the expression on my Student's face when, with little effort, he sends his fastball directly into his Catcher's target.
