Music By Mark Nestman

I teach guitar, electric bass, upright bass, clarinet and piano. At the core of my teaching and every instrument are two aspects of music: understanding the physical obstacles of an instrument and navigating the theory applied to the given instrument. I help guide students through these concepts with patience and personalized lesson plans influenced by a collection of syllabuses combined with the student's interests. I have Bachelors of Music degree from Rowan University and have been on the instructor's side of the lesson room for 8 years now. After having crafted and reworked my approach, I know that I learn from each of my students just as they learn from me.

Music has always been a passion of mine as I have grown and have spun that passion into my instruments and writing. Along with performance the best way to share music is through education. Music is a powerful ability we have and it's influence and benefits grows within those who understand it's nature.
