How did you get started teaching?
Graduated college, started working at a cell phone store and learned how to talk with people. Match that to a sport that has been my true passion in all aspects of it -knowledge/physically/mentally/emotionally. Then trained side by side with other lead instructors so that I learned how to speak the game:language to relate it to a player. Then got myself involved in almost every avenue I could to learn more of the game (certified in high school umpiring, running a travel organization, coaching travel teams from all the age groups, coached t-ball, coached at a juco college, ran a softball league, ran and hosted tournaments, ran/run my own clinics, created classes)
