I have a passion for the game of baseball and developing players of all ages.
I currently serve as an Assistant Varsity High School Baseball Coach in New Jersey and have been coaching for almost 8 years.
I have coached all ages and specailize in pitching development.
I believe that building the confidence of the athlete while also allowing for a fun, upbeat training environment is what makes thre athlete most productive and successful.

Connor does an excellent job teaching the fundamentals of the game. My two kids (10 and 13) both had a great experience and a lot of fun with him. My older one wanted to start focusing more on pitching and Connor did a great job focusing in on his mechanics, and still kept his arm healthy. He also talks a lot about the approach to hitting, and not just the mechanics. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Connor to work with a player of any age!
